I am especially honored to have the opportunity to endorse Shirlee Zane to represent the Third District. Her background, education, training, and accomplishments speak volumes and represent extremely high qualifications for the position she is seeking. All are commendable but a few of the critical traits for such an important position are integrity, intelligence, committment, innovative, creative, accessable and strong proven Leadership. She would surely be an asset to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors and the district that she represents. Having served with her on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission's Elderly and Disabled Advisory Board, I developed the utmost of respect for this extremely talented professional. I suggested that she consider such an endeavour many times, I hope that the citizens of the third district will give her the opportunity to make them proud.
